The Catawba Clergy Network promotes ministry thriving through programs that provide opportunities for rest, reflection, resources, and relationships for clergy in North Carolina and surrounding states. Each year, ministers in the Network are invited to Clergy Days – a two-day conference that provides opportunities for conversation, continuing education, networking, and reflection through various workshops, community time, reflective practices, and a keynote address from a recognized speaker. Additionally, the network supports Communities of Practice by providing small group cohort opportunities for pastors in similar contexts, including bi-vocational ministers, clergy in their first call, and other specific contexts. Throughout the year, pastors are provided Continuing Education opportunities related to ministry thriving, with both in-person and hybrid options. The Catawba Clergy Network also awards small grants to pastors to support innovation and specific ministry needs.
