The Center for Ministry at Millsaps College, a partnership program between Millsaps College and the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, is proud to offer a Thriving in Ministry program focused on resourcing and empowering clergywomen of all denominations across the South as they pursue or serve in their first appointments as solo or senior pastors. Participants in each 15-month cohort will engage in regular ecumenical peer group meetings, three large-group retreats for mentoring and renewal, training for their congregations provided by the Center for Ministry, participation in personal wellness programs and restorative practices, and funds for clergy for ongoing work with either a clergy coach or a spiritual director upon their completion of the cohort program.
